Calculation Steps:
  • Husband gets the prescribed share of 1/2 (Rule 1a).
  • Distribute the remaining shares according to relative priority (Rule 14)
  • Joint Ta'seeb of FullBrother and FullSister (Rule 44).
  • FullBrother and FullSister share in the ratio of 2:1 (Rule 15)
  • FullBrother gets the share of 1/3 and FullSister gets the share of 1/6. (Rule 15, 44)
